## FAQs - Kurumsal Geziler How far in advance should we start planning a corporate trip? We recommend starting at least 6-8 weeks before the event date. For large-scale programmes this can extend to 10-12 weeks. What is included in a corporate trip programme? The scope is shaped around your requirements. It usually covers transport, accommodation, transfers, meeting space, event design and on-site coordination. Is there a minimum number of participants? There is no fixed lower limit. We plan at different scales, from boutique teams of 10 people to organisations of 500+. Can the package be adapted to our company budget? Yes. We build modular packages around your budget, objectives and participant profile, and present the cost items transparently. How are cancellations and changes handled? The cancellation and amendment policy is defined clearly in the contract, in line with supplier terms. For date and headcount changes we present alternative scenarios. Do you only operate at destinations inside Türkiye? This service is built for corporate programmes in Türkiye, which is also what most international teams ask us for. Programmes abroad can be planned separately on request. Do you support meetings and conference organisation? Yes. We provide end-to-end support: venue selection, technical infrastructure, registration management, stage flow and operational coordination. How are incentive trips designed? The motivation structure is built around your performance targets. Special events, gala dinners and team activities that lift the participant experience are integrated into the programme. How do invoicing and corporate payment processes work? Corporate invoicing, the deposit / interim / final payment schedule and contract processes are managed in line with your finance team. Is there an on-site support team on the event day? Yes. Our operations lead and field team are on site throughout the event, so immediate needs are handled without delay. Do we receive reporting after the programme? Yes. We deliver a closing report with participant feedback, operational notes and improvement recommendations. How long does the proposal process take? After the briefing, and depending on how clear the scope is, we usually share the first proposal and programme outline within 24-72 hours.
