No. The total duration is 60-90 minutes and the whole thing is set up in the organisation's own space. Choosing a slot at lunchtime or close to the end of the day means no loss to the workflow. Which organisations does it suit? Those for which taking the team out of the office is not operationally possible: production sites working shifts, call centres running continuous service, companies with large field teams. Is the speaker content adapted to our sector? Yes. The 20-25 minute narrative is adapted to connect with your organisation's sector and its own founding story. The programme delivered in person at the main location can be broadcast live to the other offices. In that case the duration rises to 2-2.5 hours because of the travel; we make that decision together, looking at how far the team can be away from the office.
