It can be set up in the company office, a meeting room, a café or an art studio, and it lets teams of 8-35 unwind while creating at the same table and see one another from a different angle. ### What is in the programme? The workshop opens with a short introduction to the materials and a simple explanation of colour theory, brush techniques and composition. The instructor then demonstrates a chosen theme step by step, such as a landscape, an abstract, a still life or a city skyline, and participants apply it on canvases measuring 30x40 or 35x50 cm. The three-hour standard programme includes a break and a mini exhibition in which the works are displayed side by side; the four-hour extended programme adds an hour of work on a shared canvas. On the shared canvas, the whole group contributes to the same large surface around the company's values, the goal for the year or an abstract theme; the finished piece can be displayed in the office. On request, a watercolour or traditional ebru (paper marbling) workshop can be planned instead of acrylics. The workshop is entirely suitable for beginners. The instructor guides you step by step, working from a sample painting. Even people who have never painted leave the workshop with their own finished canvas. The aim is to enjoy yourself, discover your creativity and relax. What kind of painting do we do? Can we choose the subject? In the standard workshop, the instructor chooses from popular subjects such as landscapes (sea, lake, mountain, forest), abstracts, still lifes (flowers, fruit), city skylines or a starry night (in the style of Van Gogh). At the company's request, however, a specific theme can be set (the company logo, the goal for the year, company values, the team name). For the group painting, the theme is entirely up to the company. Does everyone paint their own canvas, or do we paint together? There are two options: (1) Individual work: each participant paints their own canvas. (2) Group painting: the whole group works together on one large canvas and produces a shared piece. A mixed programme can also be arranged to suit the company (individual work first, then the shared canvas). Where does the workshop take place? Can we hold it in our own office? Yes, the workshop can be held in the company's own office (a meeting room, the cafeteria or an open area). All that is needed is enough table space (at least 60x60 cm per person), lighting and a water supply. Rented art studios, cafés, restaurants, hotel conference rooms or the open air (in good weather) are also options. What group sizes is the workshop suitable for? 8-30 people is ideal (so each participant gets individual attention). For 30-50 people, 2 instructors are assigned, and for 50-100 people, 3-4 instructors. For more than 100 people, demonstration-led sessions (the instructor paints at the front while participants follow) or parallel sessions are arranged. Can I take my work home at the end of the workshop? Yes, each participant can take their own canvas (acrylic) home at the end of the workshop (the paint dries within 15-20 minutes). Watercolours can also be taken straight away, and ebru pieces once they have dried (10-15 minutes). For ceramic painting, the objects need to be kiln-fired, so they are delivered by courier 2-3 weeks later. Is alcohol served at the workshop? There is no alcohol service at the standard workshop.
