It is planned as a four-hour half day, a 6-8 hour full day or a two-day camp covering both sunset and sunrise; teams of 8-35 can take part with a DSLR, a mirrorless camera or a mobile phone. ### What is in the programme? Every version opens with a short theory session: basic settings such as ISO, aperture, shutter speed and white balance; composition principles such as the rule of thirds, leading lines, framing and negative space; and reading the light through the concepts of golden hour and blue hour. The group then heads out for a guided shoot at the chosen location, which may be a street in the historic peninsula, a coastline, a forest trail or an industrial site, depending on the company's preference. Themes and assignments set in the field encourage participants to look at the same scene from different angles; the instructor moves around the group giving one-to-one feedback and correcting settings on the spot. On the full-day programme, shooting is spread over two or three locations; in the camp version, sunset is photographed on the first evening and sunrise the next morning, followed by an interior or architectural shoot. The day ends with a review in which the best shots are discussed together, and the presentation of certificates. ### Highlights - Participation possible with any equipment, from a mobile phone to a mirrorless camera.
- Field practice straight after the theory, with instant feedback from the instructor.
- In the camp option, shooting in both sunset and sunrise light.
- A PDF training handout and a certificate of participation for each participant. ### Who Is It For? Suitable for department teams of 8-35, above all marketing, design and product teams looking to sharpen their observation and attention to detail. Group assignments bring employees from different units together around a common goal. Physical effort is low to moderate depending on the location; field shoots involve several hours standing and walking. ### Planning Notes - Early morning and the hours before sunset, when the light is softest, are the most productive times for shooting in the field.
- Cameras and tripods belong to the participants; they should be reminded to charge their batteries before the session.
- Museum or archaeological site entry, transport and meals are not included in the package.
- In rainy weather, the field section can be moved to a museum, a covered bazaar or a historic interior. ** ### Additional Services ** A professional photographer as instructor (in Turkish; other languages available at extra cost) ** Theory handouts (PDF) ** Guidance during field practice and one-to-one feedback ** Certificates of participation ** Corporate event planning ** Tour coordination support ** A programme designed exclusively for the group ## Corporate Fit - Suitable Team Size Department and project teams of 8-35
