These are formats that bring experienced staff and new managers into the same programme. The content can be provided by your own learning team or by an independent facilitator you work with; on request we can also suggest a suitable facilitator. ### What group sizes does it suit? For vision and strategy camps the ideal range is 6-20 people; at that scale everyone can genuinely speak. Mentoring and field learning programmes can go up to 12-30. For larger groups, sessions are split across parallel tables. ### The programme needs to stay confidential — is that possible? Yes. It is planned at venues that allow closed sessions, closed to outside attendance. The participant list and programme information are kept tightly held; this is a standard part of the operation. ### Can we combine it with a travel programme? Yes, and this is the most common format: a closed session in the morning, a field visit in the afternoon, a shared dinner in the evening. It is planned under single project management, with agenda density adjusted to the participant profile. ### How do we measure the output? Producing a concrete action plan at the close is essential: who, what, by when.
