Amsterdam programmes are built around innovation and entrepreneurship. The city's technology ecosystem makes it possible to combine company visits and a field-learning component with a cultural route.
The main reason companies choose Amsterdam is that its innovation ecosystem is accessible and open to visits. The second is how compact the city is: almost every stop is reachable on foot or by bicycle. The third is that the widespread use of English makes participants more comfortable.
The stops below are planned individually or combined depending on the programme; the route is finalised according to group size and total duration.
Technology and R&D teams, management groups focused on innovation and entrepreneurship, and companies planning a field-learning trip are the most frequent choices.
A two-night flow opens with arrival and the canal tour on the first day. The second day has a company visit in the morning, a museum route in the afternoon and a shared dinner in the evening. The third day is Zaanse Schans or free time, with the return in the afternoon.
The flight from Istanbul takes roughly three and a half hours. Schiphol airport is 20 minutes from the centre by train. Getting around the city is mostly on foot, by tram and by bicycle; the cycling component is left to participant preference. On programmes requiring a Schengen visa the application calendar is built backwards from the programme date: the document list goes to participants in one message, passport validity is checked, and appointment scheduling and file preparation are tracked by the operations team. That the visa outcome is individual and at the consulate's discretion is stated in the participant announcement from the outset.
Two- or three-night incentive and reward programmes are the most common format. Field-learning trips and visits to international partners can be added to the same programme; where a company visit is requested, the appointment process is planned separately.
April-May, the tulip season, is the busiest and most expensive window. June and September-October produce a more balanced result. Days are short in winter and outdoor routes are shortened.
For international programmes we recommend 12-16 weeks of planning; most of that is the visa calendar. The participant list must be confirmed at least 8 weeks ahead, otherwise the visa process will not make the date. Flight allocation, group ticket rules and cancellation conditions are shown as separate line items in the quote.
Note: visits to companies and startup hubs depend on appointments; the request must reach us at least 8 weeks before the programme date.
Share your date, headcount and budget band through the quote form and a suitable route for this destination, with tiered pricing, follows within the same working day.

They are. Corporate group visits to technology and startup hubs are planned by appointment; the request needs to reach us at least 8 weeks before the programme date. Acceptance is at the discretion of the organisation being visited.

No. Cycling is left to participant preference; a walking or tram alternative is planned for those who do not join.

A three-day format with two overnight stays is enough. Because the city is compact, longer programmes are only justified when surrounding routes are added.

April-May is the most striking period visually, but hotel prices and crowds are at their peak. If budget is the priority, June or September-October is the better choice.

Yes. Alternative programmes can be prepared on the Amsterdam route in the budget, luxury and premium segments. Hotel, transport, restaurant and activity level are selected according to the budget segment.
Depending on the programme content, contribution to the local economy, low-carbon transport, low-waste operation, nature-focused activity and carbon-free alternatives can be added to the scope.
