Gaziantep is the centre of gastronomy-based corporate programmes in Türkiye. Its place in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network for gastronomy makes it possible to build cookery workshops and tasting routes as the main component of a programme. The Zeugma Mosaic Museum adds a strong cultural leg to the same programme.
The main reason companies choose Gaziantep is that food is the fastest-working tool for bonding a team; a shared table softens hierarchy naturally. The second is that the city offers an experience worth recounting on reward and thank-you programmes. The third is that Zeugma is strong enough to carry the cultural side on its own.
The stops below are planned individually or combined depending on the programme; the route is finalised according to group size and total duration.
Reward programmes aimed at sales and dealer networks, department bonding trips and companies hosting international partners are the most frequent choices. Because of the gastronomy component, attendance is higher here than at other destinations.
A typical two-day flow starts with an afternoon arrival and the Zeugma visit on the first day, with a regional dinner programme in the evening. The second day is the bazaar and castle route in the morning, then a cookery workshop and tasting in the afternoon. If Halfeti is added, a third day is set aside; that route alone takes a full day.
Gaziantep Airport is roughly 20 kilometres from the city centre; the flight from Istanbul takes about an hour and a half. Distances within the city are short and vehicle allocation throughout the programme is enough. The distance towards Halfeti reaches two hours and is planned as a full day.
A gastronomy and culture combination is the most common format. Reward and thank-you programmes favour formats with two overnight stays. The workshop component is the distinctive part of the programme and team participation is high.
Spring and autumn are the most comfortable periods. In July and August the heat makes outdoor programmes difficult; in that period museum- and workshop-weighted indoor formats are preferred. Programmes run without difficulty in winter.
Capacity at the cookery workshops is limited and larger groups need more than one session; that affects both workshop duration and cost directly. Because special dietary requirements determine the workshop menu, they are collected together with the participant list.
Note: the regional cuisine may not suit every participant because of its heat and spice; alternative menu requests are taken at registration.
Share your date, headcount and budget band through the quote form and a suitable route for this destination, with tiered pricing, follows within the same working day.

The ideal session size is 12-20 people. For larger groups parallel sessions are planned or the workshop is split into time slots, which extends the programme.

A three-day format with two overnight stays is the most balanced. If Halfeti is added, a third full day is needed. Single-day programmes only make sense for teams based in the region.

Yes. Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergen restrictions are collected with the participant list; workshop and restaurant menus are built accordingly. An alternative menu is prepared for the spice intensity of the regional cuisine.

The flight takes roughly an hour and a half; the airport is 20 kilometres from the centre. Group transfers and vehicle allocation throughout the programme are within scope.
