Overview
The Sapanca corporate meeting organisation is a business meeting package held in a hotel meeting room around Lake Sapanca in Sakarya, planned either as a day programme or as a 2-day, 1-night residential. Coach transport, a room with projection and sound systems, lunch and coffee break refreshments are included. It is designed for companies of 25-250 that want a focused meeting outside the city without a long journey.
What is in the programme?
Sapanca, set between the Samanlı Mountains and Lake Sapanca and close to Istanbul, is a frequently chosen area for corporate meetings. On the day programme the group arrives at the hotel by coach in the morning; two meeting sessions are planned, one in the morning and one in the afternoon, with lunch and a coffee break in between. At the end of the day a team activity or a walk around the lake can be added on request.
On the residential programme a two-session meeting is held on the afternoon of the first day and the day closes with dinner, which can be turned into a gala evening on request. On the second day breakfast is followed by a morning session and lunch, and the programme is completed with an outdoor activity in the afternoon.

Planning Notes
- Spring and autumn are the best periods for open-air breaks around the lake; the meeting room programme can run in all four seasons.
- The room layout (theatre, classroom, U-shape) and technical requirements should be confirmed in advance according to the number of participants.
- Team activities, outdoor training and a gala dinner are not included in the package and are added as additional services.
- Alcoholic drinks are charged separately.

Options include NG Sapanca (congress and conference halls), Elite World Grand Sapanca (the Business to Happiness concept), Sapanca Aqua Hotel (boutique meetings) and Lale Boutique Hotel (a 140 m2 room). The hotel is chosen according to the company's budget, capacity and requirements.
Capacities vary from hotel to hotel. Lale Boutique Hotel seats 100 in theatre style and 40 in a U-shape; Sapanca Aqua Hotel hosts boutique meetings of up to 40; NG Sapanca has rooms of different sizes.
As standard there is a projector, sound system, flip chart, microphone, high-speed internet, comfortable seating and a lighting system. Where needed, LED screens, simultaneous interpretation systems and custom sound set-ups can be provided as additional services.
Yes. We arrange VIP coach or transfer services from Istanbul, Ankara, İzmir and the surrounding provinces (Kocaeli, Sakarya, Bursa, Yalova, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli). Door-to-door service is also offered as an additional service.

Depending on the company's needs it can be planned as a day programme (an intensive schedule), 2 days and 1 night (the most common choice) or 3 days and 2 nights (a comprehensive programme). Residential programmes leave more time for team spirit and motivation activities.
Sapanca is attractive in every season. Spring (April-May) and autumn (September-October) are ideal in terms of weather. In the winter months (December-February), productive meetings can be held against a snow-covered landscape.
