Overview
The Adana Culture and Food Tour is a culture, discovery and gastronomy experience designed specifically for corporate companies, planned with flexible travel options: by air from Istanbul, Ankara or İzmir, or by road for teams from the provinces around Adana (Mersin, Osmaniye, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Niğde, Kayseri, Gaziantep and others). Flights from Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir and airport transfers can be arranged within the programme, and for teams arriving by private or company vehicle from the provinces around Adana, a meeting point and tour coordination are provided in the city centre. Transfers to the airport from the provinces around Istanbul, Ankara and İzmir (Kocaeli, Sakarya and Tekirdağ for Istanbul; Eskişehir, Konya and Kırıkkale for Ankara; Manisa, Aydın and Denizli for İzmir) are also offered as an additional service.
Adana carries traces of many civilisations — Hittite, Roman, Byzantine, Abbasid, Mamluk and Ottoman — and has one of the richest culinary cultures in Türkiye. The tour visits, with a professional guide, the Stone Bridge (2nd century AD), one of the oldest bridges in the world still in use; the Sabancı Central Mosque (1998), the symbol of the city; the Adana Archaeology Museum; the narrow streets and traditional houses of the historic Tepebağ quarter; the Coppersmiths' Bazaar; and Ziya Paşa Boulevard.
On the food route, participants try the world-famous Adana kebab along with liver skewers, şalgam juice, Adana sıkma, bici bici, cezerye, Karakuş dessert, burma kadayıf, şırdan, paça and regional mezes. Menengiç coffee is also part of the programme.
Running roughly 8-10 hours, the programme starts and ends with airport transfers for participants arriving by air. For those arriving by road, the tour starts from the agreed meeting point in the city centre. It can be extended with breakfast, lunch, bazaar shopping, museum visits and a walk by the river. A fuller two-day programme can also be planned around corporate needs.

Flights are not included in the standard package, but ticket arrangements are offered as an additional service. A turnkey package covering all travel can be provided on request.
