The Istanbul corporate fine dining experience is a dining event in which the chef's tasting menu is served in a privately used space at one of the city's distinguished restaurants, lasting 3-5 hours for dinner or 2-3 hours for lunch. The menu, drinks package, service team and printed menu cards are included in the package. The event is designed for executive and leadership teams of 5-25, for client hospitality and award dinners.
The evening programme opens with a welcome cocktail and continues with the chef's surprise opener, the amuse-bouche. Cold and hot starters are followed by an optional fish course, a palate-cleansing intermezzo and a meat- or vegetable-based main course. The service closes with an optional cheese course, a light pre-dessert, the main dessert and petit fours with coffee. Each stage is timed according to the menu approved in advance.
The lunch programme, for executives with busy diaries, consists of a 3-5 course executive lunch and coffee service. The venue is chosen to match the team's purpose from Bosphorus-view restaurants, historic buildings or high-rise rooms with a view. Before the event, the organising team visits the venue and tastes the menu on site to check it.
It suits executive and leadership teams of 5-25 and is aimed at organisations planning a board dinner, the hosting of a key client, an awards evening or a year-end celebration. No physical effort is required; the programme is an entirely seated dinner.
The venue is chosen according to the company's budget, headcount, date and preferences. Example restaurants include: Mikla (Bosphorus view, Scandinavian-Turkish fusion), Neolokal (a modern interpretation using local ingredients), TURK Fatih Tutak (Michelin-starred, Anatolian cuisine), Nicole (Bosphorus view, seasonal menu), Maiden's Tower (a unique experience at the Kız Kulesi), Sunset Grill & Bar (Bosphorus view, international cuisine), Spago by Wolfgang Puck (modern American, Bosphorus view) and others. As the organising team, we recommend the venues that best fit the company's preferences.
The price varies according to factors such as the chosen venue, the menu (number of courses and ingredients), whether wine pairing is added, live music, transfers, accommodation and headcount. A tailored proposal is prepared to match the company's budget and expectations.
Yes, a special menu is designed for every type of dietary requirement and food allergy. Before the event this information is collected from the participant list and passed to the chef. All special cases are catered for, including vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, dairy-free and nut allergies.
For private events at fine dining restaurants, booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance is recommended. Michelin-starred restaurants and very popular venues may require 1-2 months of advance planning. Our organising team works to find the most suitable venues for the date the company requests.
We can do either. If the company already has a restaurant in mind, we contact it and plan the event. If the company has no suggestion, we recommend the 3-5 most suitable venues based on budget, headcount, date and atmosphere preferences (Bosphorus view, historic, modern, indoor and so on). The final decision rests with the company.
Yes, the standard package includes the printing and presentation of place cards bearing guests' names, menu cards (course order and ingredients) and thank-you notes (with the company logo and a personal message). More elaborate designs or keepsake menu cards can also be provided as an additional service on request.
Our organising team is present at the venue throughout the event, from start to finish. The event coordinator is the direct point of contact for any issue, request or emergency. The company's representative is also given a support line that can be reached 24/7.
The standard package may include non-alcoholic drinks or a limited selection of wines. Wine pairing (a different wine for each course) is offered as an additional service. Champagne, signature cocktails or open bar options can also be requested for the cocktail hour. Alcoholic drinks are charged extra.
The Istanbul Fine Dining Experience is particularly suited to executive and leadership teams of 5-25. The flow of the evening can be tailored to the number of guests, the departmental structure and the motivation outcome you have in mind.
This experience is positioned in the premium segment. Pricing becomes final once headcount, date, transport, dining, guiding and any extra event needs are known.
Its standout additional features are contribution to the local economy and low carbon. Where needed, low-carbon transport, low-waste operations and locally sourced options can be built in.
Share the number of guests, your date range, destination, budget segment and any particular requirements through the tour request form, and we will prepare a proposal with alternative prices and programme options for your team.
