Eleven years of corporate travel operations, one contract.
We bring your team together on the right route.
One team from planning to the final report.
Operations that scale from 10 to 1,000 people.
The hybrid team gathering event brings together team members who work partly in the office and partly remotely from other cities or countries, running a single programme across a physical venue and a live stream. Half-day, full-day and two-day residential options are available. Remote participants join every session and team exercise actively rather than as spectators, giving both groups an equal voice.
The four-hour half-day programme opens with introductions and icebreakers in mixed teams; a hybrid communication norms workshop follows, in which the group writes its meeting and messaging rules together. The main section is a joint project: a mural, for example, completed with contributions from participants in the room and those on screen.
The full-day programme adds a hybrid quiz, a virtual escape room or simultaneous puzzle solving, and a company culture workshop; at lunch, office-based participants eat together, while a meal card option can be considered for those joining remotely. The two-day format includes a hybrid games evening, and on the second day the joint project closes with an exhibition.
It suits department and project teams of 8-35, especially newly formed, merged or geographically dispersed teams. Physical effort is low; the event takes place indoors and around the table.
They join via live stream and interactive sessions on platforms such as Zoom, Teams or Webex, using features such as breakout rooms, polls, whiteboards and live reactions. Activities such as a virtual escape room, online games and a Kahoot quiz also encourage active participation.
Yes, every activity is designed to work in a hybrid format. In the quiz, for example, teams in the venue and remote participants on screen compete at the same time. In the joint project, in-person participants complete a mural while remote participants complete a digital version, and the results are brought together.
Before the event, every remote participant's connection and equipment are tested (microphone, camera, internet speed). The physical venue has a backup internet connection and spare cameras and microphones. The technical team is on hand throughout the event, and participants receive a quick troubleshooting guide for simple issues.
Half-day (4 hours), full-day (6-8 hours) and 2-day residential options are available. The format is chosen according to the company's needs, budget and team size; the full-day programme is the most common choice.
Yes. As an additional service, we can prepare personalised gift kits for remote participants, just as for in-person participants, and send them by courier. Kits can include items such as a company-branded T-shirt, hoodie, water bottle, notebook, pen, headphones, camera accessory, energy bar, hand sanitiser and stickers.
We recommend a company-specific follow-up plan for after the event. It can include regular online coffee breaks, virtual games nights, putting the hybrid working norms into practice, communication coaching for managers and an engagement survey in the third month. We also provide this follow-up programme as an additional service.
Yes, employees abroad in time zones different from the event venue can join online. Event times are planned to fall within the working hours of most participants. Gift kits can also be sent to employees abroad (at additional cost).
