Prague programmes bring history and team bonding together. Because the city centre is compact and walkable, high content density can be built into a two-day programme.
The main reason companies choose Prague is that it is a relatively economical destination in Europe; a longer programme can be built on the same budget. The second is that the city can be seen on foot and transport costs are low. The third is that the historic fabric offers a visually strong frame.
The stops below are planned individually or combined depending on the programme; the route is finalised according to group size and total duration.
Mid-sized teams, reward programmes watching budget balance, and companies planning their first international programme are the most frequent choices.
A flow with two overnight stays starts on the first day with arrival and a walk through the old town, then the river cruise in the evening. The second day is Prague Castle in the morning and the Jewish Quarter or the brewery in the afternoon, with a shared dinner in the evening. The third day is free time in the morning and the return.
The flight from Istanbul takes roughly two and a half hours. The airport is about 20 kilometres from the centre. The city centre can be seen on foot and the vehicle requirement during the programme is limited. On programmes requiring a visa the application calendar is built backwards from the programme date; the document list goes to participants in one message, and passport validity checks and appointment scheduling are tracked by the operations team. The visa outcome is individual and at the consulate's discretion.
Incentive and reward programmes with two or three overnight stays are the most common format. Field learning trips and partner visits can be added to the same programme; where an institutional visit is requested, the appointment process is planned separately.
Spring and autumn are the most suitable periods. In summer the centre is very crowded. The Christmas market period in December is visually striking but hotel prices rise and capacity tightens.
For international programmes we recommend 12-16 weeks of planning; most of that is for the visa calendar. The participant list must be confirmed at least 8 weeks ahead, otherwise the visa process will not be ready in time. Flight allocation, group ticket rules and cancellation conditions are shown as separate line items in the quote.
Note: the old town centre is cobbled and the walking distances are long; participants are told to wear comfortable shoes in advance.
Share your date, headcount and budget band through the quote form and a suitable route for this destination, with tiered pricing, follows within the same working day.

A three-day format with two overnight stays is the most balanced. Because the city is compact, that is enough time for all the main stops.

It is noticeably more economical than Western Europe; the same budget buys a longer programme or a higher accommodation standard. That is an advantage for companies planning a first international programme.

Yes, a Schengen visa is required. The application calendar is built backwards from the programme date and at least 12 weeks of planning is needed.

The centre can be seen on foot and the vehicle requirement during the programme is limited. That both lowers cost and keeps the programme flexible.

Yes. Alternative programmes can be prepared on the Prague route in the budget, luxury and premium segments. Hotel, transport, restaurant and activity level are selected according to the budget segment.
Depending on the programme content, contribution to the local economy, low-carbon transport, low-waste operation, nature-focused activity and carbon-free alternatives can be added to the scope.
