Overview
The Central Black Sea corporate trip starts at Amasya Merzifon Airport and covers Samsun, Amasya and Sinop in two days, combining a canyon, a historic city and a chain of waterfalls on a single route. Airport transfers, intercity transport, guiding and entry fees are included. It is designed for teams of 10-80 who want to explore the lesser-known inland Black Sea in a short time with a single guide.
What is in the programme?
On day one the group lands and heads to Vezirköprü in Samsun province. A boat trip runs through Şahinkaya Canyon, formed by the dam lake on the Kızılırmak river, and this stretch between sheer rock walls is rounded off with a short nature walk. In the late afternoon the group moves on to Amasya for the overnight stay.
Day two is spent in Amasya: the Pontic-era Rock Tombs of the Kings carved into the slopes of Mount Harşena, Amasya Castle, the Bayezid II Complex – one of the key buildings of the city where Ottoman princes were trained – and the historic riverside mansions lining the Yeşilırmak. In the afternoon the route continues to Erfelek in Sinop, where a forest walk follows the successive cascades of the Tatlıca Waterfalls, before the evening return flight from Merzifon.

Planning Notes
- May to October is the best period; the waterfalls are at their fullest in spring.
- Flights and all food and drink are not included in the package.
- As the Amasya-Sinop-Merzifon leg on day two is long, a late return flight should be chosen or a second night added.
