The Corporate Breathwork Camp is a residential programme of 2-5 days, depending on the company's needs, that teaches employees hands-on breathing techniques for calmer moments under pressure; it is most often planned as 3 days and 2 nights or 4 days and 3 nights. It is set up at a boutique hotel, thermal resort, highland house or meditation centre, and gives department teams of 8-35 a practical toolkit they can also use in the office.
The backbone of the camp is a set of pranayama techniques from the yoga tradition. Participants learn diaphragmatic breathing using the abdominal muscles, Nadi Shodhana (alternate-nostril breathing), Sama Vritti, which evens out the length of each inhalation and exhalation, and the 4-7-8 technique, used to ease the transition into sleep. Morning sessions combine the energising Kapalabhati with Ujjayi, while evening sessions bring together diaphragmatic breathing, 4-7-8 and Bhramari, which resembles the hum of a bee.
Short briefing sessions explain in plain language how and when each technique is used. Sessions that combine breathing with gentle yoga and walking, mindful eating at a silent breakfast, journaling and sharing circles complete the programme.
It suits teams of 8-35 working in areas where pressure is constant, such as call centres, sales, finance, software or the medical sector. The small-group format lets the instructor observe each participant's breathing rhythm individually. Physical effort is low; most sessions are done seated or lying down, and walks are at a gentle pace.
Breathwork (pranayama) is a technique thousands of years old that uses conscious breathing to help people settle, manage stress and feel more energised. It is not a religious practice; it is a secular mind-body practice, and people of any faith or none can take part comfortably.
Absolutely. The camp is designed for beginners, and every technique is taught from scratch, step by step. Participants with previous experience are offered options to go deeper and try additional techniques.
The programme consists of beginner-friendly techniques that can be sustained in everyday life, such as diaphragmatic breathing, box breathing, extended exhalation and guided relaxation. Sessions are led by an instructor and held as a group.
Advanced techniques that require specialist supervision are outside the scope of the corporate programme. The programme is not a medical service; its purpose is to help the team step away from the pace of the working day and gain a shared practice for calming down.
The camp is designed around a recommended digital detox. Participants are asked to avoid using phones, tablets, computers and similar devices as far as possible during the camp (contact with the organising team is maintained for emergencies). Collecting phones or switching them off voluntarily is recommended, so that participants can focus fully on the mental reset and the breathing practices.
After the programme, participants most often report that they were genuinely able to step away from the pace of the day, found it easier to focus on their return and communicated more comfortably within the team. The breathing and relaxation practices learned in the sessions are designed to be continued in the office.
On the corporate side, the measured outputs are the participation rate, the post-programme survey score and feedback within the team, all shared in the final report. The programme is not a medical service.
The price depends on factors such as the chosen location (Türkiye or abroad), accommodation type (hotel, bungalow, eco-village), duration (number of days), number of participants, the number and profile of instructors, and additional services (gong bath, cold-water practice, transfers, flights). A tailored quote is provided to match the company's budget and expectations.
A 'Breathing in Daily Life' workshop is held on the final day of the camp. It teaches practical, usable methods such as 2-minute micro breathing exercises at the office, breathing before meetings, in traffic and before sleep, and an immediate breathing response in moments of stress. An online follow-up programme after the camp (audio guides, app recommendations) can also be offered as an additional service.
The programme is not a medical service. The breathing and movement sessions are designed for beginners, none of them is compulsory, and participants can step out of a session at any time.
A suitability form is collected before the camp; physical limitations are noted on this form and sessions are adapted individually. Participants with any doubts about their personal situation are advised to consult their own doctor before taking part.
The Breathwork Camp is designed above all for department and project teams of 8-35. The programme flow can be customised to the group size, the make-up of the department and the motivation outcome you have in mind.
The camp is positioned in the premium segment. Its price is set according to the number of participants, dates, transport, meals, instructors and any extra activities.
The featured extras of this programme are support for the local economy, an ecological approach, carbon-free elements, low waste and wellbeing. Low-carbon transport, low-waste operations and local sourcing options can be added if needed.
Send us your group size, date range, preferred location, budget segment and any special requirements through the tour request form, and we will prepare a proposal with alternative prices and programme options for your team.
