Overview
For organisations that cannot take the team out of the office, a 10 November commemoration programme set up in your own space. The total duration is 30-45 minutes; the flow is kept plain and contains no celebration element.
The flow
- Moment of silence: at 09.05 with the whole team. A simultaneous broadcast can be set up for offices at other locations.
- Short presentation: a 15-20 minute narrative built on period documents and photographs. The content can be adapted to your organisation's sector.
- Document and photograph exhibition: a portable exhibition set up in the foyer or a corridor. Installation and removal are ours.
- Optional speaker session: an extended format with a historian or academic taking part.
Tone and communication
We prepare the programme copy, the invitation announcement and the internal communication artwork in language appropriate to a commemoration. We also supply a short suggested text for your organisation's social media post within the same frame — this is where organisations most often go wrong on 10 November.
Scope and planning
The quote shows the presentation content and presenter, the exhibition production and installation, and the technical setup and coordination as separate lines. A hybrid broadcast is an optional item. The recommended minimum planning time is 2 weeks; this is the 10 November option that needs the shortest preparation.

Yes. The 09.05 moment of silence can be connected by live broadcast so that it is observed simultaneously at every location. The broadcast setup is tested before the programme; a technical failure during a commemoration is not something that can be made good afterwards.
The content is prepared by us and shared with your organisation for approval. The presentation is based on sources from the period; it contains no commentary and no reference to current politics.
No. 10 November is a day of commemoration; the programme contains no celebration element. Where catering is offered, it is planned as a separate and plain section after the protocol part is complete.
There is no lower limit; it can run for a team of 15 or a multi-site organisation of 2,000. What matters is not the headcount but the number of locations and the broadcast setup.
2-3 weeks is enough. Where a multi-site simultaneous broadcast is built, 4 weeks is recommended for the technical preparation.
