Company-Wide Events & Outings

Company-wide events and outings are large-participation programmes open to every employee. Year-end gatherings, family days, cross-department events and founding anniversary programmes are planned under this heading.

Wide participation shifts the centre of gravity of the operation from the route to the logistics: a staggered transfer plan, a registration desk, badge arrangements, a separate activity area where children take part, and catering that has to be managed as a flow. Programmes under this heading are therefore only finalised once the guest list is confirmed.

They scale from 50 to 1,000 people. Above 150, a field team is positioned on site and participants are managed in groups identified by colour or number.
