The Bosphorus Tour is an event designed specifically for corporate companies, held on a private boat against the view of the Bosphorus, where employees can rest and enjoy themselves while collecting memories with their colleagues. The tour is planned with private coaches from within Istanbul and the surrounding provinces (Kocaeli, Sakarya, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Kırklareli, Yalova, Bursa and others) to the agreed pier, followed by a cruise on the Bosphorus on a private boat. At the company's request, coaches can run door-to-door or from agreed central meeting points.
The Bosphorus links two continents and is one of the most beautiful waterways in the world, with its historic buildings (Dolmabahçe Palace, Çırağan Palace, Ortaköy Mosque, Rumeli Fortress, Anadolu Fortress, the Maiden's Tower, Topkapı Palace, the Galata Tower), its waterside mansions, its bridges (the Bosphorus Bridge, the Fatih Sultan Mehmet Bridge, the Yavuz Sultan Selim Bridge) and its skyline. A tour on a private boat gives participants a perspective they will not get anywhere else.
On board, led by professional guides, the group is told about the history and cultural fabric of the Bosphorus and the significant buildings along it. The programme is planned flexibly around what the company needs:
Bosphorus tour with breakfast: a morning departure, with the tour accompanied by breakfast service.
Bosphorus tour with lunch: a midday departure with a catered tour.
Sunset / canapé tour: a late-afternoon departure, with canapés and light refreshments against the sunset.
Tour with dinner: an evening departure with dinner and, optionally, live music.
Meeting / working session plus tour: a short meeting followed by the Bosphorus tour.
The tour usually runs 2-4 hours (half a day or a full day once the coaches are added). The coaches collect participants across Istanbul and the surrounding provinces, drop them at the pier, and collect them again at the end for the return.

From agreed central points on both sides of Istanbul (Kadıköy, Üsküdar, Mecidiyeköy, Levent, Bakırköy, Pendik, Beşiktaş and others) and, in the surrounding provinces (Kocaeli, Sakarya, Tekirdağ, Edirne, Bursa, Yalova), from the main stop nearest the company. Door-to-door can also be arranged on request.
Private boats with a capacity of 20-150 people are chartered according to group size. VIP yachts or large event boats can be chartered for bigger groups.
Time on board runs 2-4 hours. With the coaches it can be planned as a half day (4-5 hours) or a full day (6-8 hours).
Meals are not included in the standard package. Packages with breakfast, lunch, sunset canapés or dinner are offered as additional services.
The standard package includes non-alcoholic drinks (water, tea, coffee, fruit juice). An alcoholic drinks package can be offered as an additional service (wine, beer, rakı, vodka, cocktails).
Yes — the boats have enclosed areas (a glassed lower deck or an enclosed saloon). In light rain the awning or the enclosed area is used. In severe storms or poor conditions the tour is postponed. The decision is made by the event team on the morning of the tour.
The standard programme is spent cruising. On request, a short stop ashore (10-15 minutes) can be arranged at points such as Anadolu Fortress, Rumeli Fortress or Kanlıca.
Yes, the tour is planned entirely for companies. The boat belongs to your group alone. It runs from a minimum of 25 people.
Yes, meeting equipment such as a projector, a screen, a sound system, microphones and a whiteboard can be set up on board as an additional service. A combined meeting and catered tour option is available.
