One team from planning to the final report.
Operations that scale from 10 to 1,000 people.
The Corporate Painting Workshop is a team activity, available in 2, 3 or 4-hour formats, in which every participant completes their own acrylic canvas from start to finish under the guidance of an experienced painter. It can be set up in the company office, a meeting room, a café or an art studio, and it lets teams of 8-35 unwind while creating at the same table and see one another from a different angle.
The workshop opens with a short introduction to the materials and a simple explanation of colour theory, brush techniques and composition. The instructor then demonstrates a chosen theme step by step, such as a landscape, an abstract, a still life or a city skyline, and participants apply it on canvases measuring 30x40 or 35x50 cm. The three-hour standard programme includes a break and a mini exhibition in which the works are displayed side by side; the four-hour extended programme adds an hour of work on a shared canvas.
On the shared canvas, the whole group contributes to the same large surface around the company's values, the goal for the year or an abstract theme; the finished piece can be displayed in the office. On request, a watercolour or traditional ebru (paper marbling) workshop can be planned instead of acrylics. Each participant takes home their own work once it has dried and been wrapped.
Suitable for newly formed or merged department teams of 8-35 who want a short creative break from long days of meetings. The shared canvas provides a meaningful close, particularly for teams that want to make collaboration visible. Physical effort is next to none; the workshop is done seated at a table.
Absolutely. The workshop is entirely suitable for beginners. The instructor guides you step by step, working from a sample painting. Even people who have never painted leave the workshop with their own finished canvas. The aim is to enjoy yourself, discover your creativity and relax.
In the standard workshop, the instructor chooses from popular subjects such as landscapes (sea, lake, mountain, forest), abstracts, still lifes (flowers, fruit), city skylines or a starry night (in the style of Van Gogh). At the company's request, however, a specific theme can be set (the company logo, the goal for the year, company values, the team name). For the group painting, the theme is entirely up to the company.
There are two options: (1) Individual work: each participant paints their own canvas. (2) Group painting: the whole group works together on one large canvas and produces a shared piece. A mixed programme can also be arranged to suit the company (individual work first, then the shared canvas).
Yes, the workshop can be held in the company's own office (a meeting room, the cafeteria or an open area). All that is needed is enough table space (at least 60x60 cm per person), lighting and a water supply. Rented art studios, cafés, restaurants, hotel conference rooms or the open air (in good weather) are also options.
8-30 people is ideal (so each participant gets individual attention). For 30-50 people, 2 instructors are assigned, and for 50-100 people, 3-4 instructors. For more than 100 people, demonstration-led sessions (the instructor paints at the front while participants follow) or parallel sessions are arranged.
Yes, each participant can take their own canvas (acrylic) home at the end of the workshop (the paint dries within 15-20 minutes). Watercolours can also be taken straight away, and ebru pieces once they have dried (10-15 minutes). For ceramic painting, the objects need to be kiln-fired, so they are delivered by courier 2-3 weeks later.
There is no alcohol service at the standard workshop. However, a 'Wine and Painting Evening' can be arranged as an additional service. This package includes wine, meze and a cheese platter, giving the workshop a more relaxed and social atmosphere.
The price depends on factors such as the type of workshop (acrylic, watercolour, ebru, ceramics, group painting), the duration (2-4 hours), the number of participants, the location (office/outside venue), the number of instructors, the quality of materials (canvas size, paint brand) and additional services (catering, photography, gift kits). A tailored quotation is prepared to suit the company's budget and expectations.
The Painting Workshop is best suited to department and project teams of 8-35. The session flow can be adapted to the number of participants, the team's structure and the motivation outcome you are looking for.
