Creativity and team workshops are short, intensive sessions in which teams produce something concrete together. Ceramics, crafts, storytelling, improvisation and design-focused work sit under this heading.

Workshops run 2-4 hours and are led by a facilitator. Every session ends with a concrete output: a piece the team made together, a shared action plan, or a list of communication principles. Facilitator notes and participant feedback are shared after the programme.

To keep interaction alive the ideal group size is 12-25 people; for larger teams participants are split across parallel tables with a separate facilitator each. Workshops can be held at your own office, in a hotel meeting room or at a properly equipped studio; materials and setup are included in scope.
