The corporate meditation camp is a residential programme of 2 to 5 days in which employees learn and practise different meditation techniques with an instructor, with a focus on coping with prolonged stress and the feeling of burnout. The most popular lengths are three days and two nights or four days and three nights. The camp is set up in natural surroundings such as Bolu, Abant or Ayvalık, at boutique hotels, mountain lodges or eco-village style venues.
The days are shaped around different meditation techniques: mindfulness, which focuses on staying in the present moment; Vipassana, which develops insight; Metta, centred on compassion; and the body scan, which is based on noticing the sensations in the body one by one. The breathwork instructor teaches methods that can be used in daily life, such as diaphragmatic breathing, alternate nostril breathing and the 4-7-8 technique.
The stress management workshop works on tools that can be applied in the office, such as recognising sources of stress, setting boundaries and short breathing exercises before meetings. Walking meditation in nature and walks in silence, silent meals with mindful eating guidance and journaling sessions complete the programme, while sharing circles let the team talk through the experience together.
For department and project teams of 8-35, and particularly suited to fast-paced sales, IT, finance or call centre teams. No previous meditation experience is needed; physical effort is low.
Absolutely. The camp is designed for beginners, and every meditation technique is taught from scratch, step by step. Those who already have some meditation experience are offered ways to go deeper and new techniques to try.
No, meditation is a secular (non-religious) mental exercise. Techniques such as mindfulness, breath awareness and the body scan are widely researched practices that are not linked to any belief system and focus entirely on mental balance and stress management. People of any faith, or none, can join with complete comfort.
The camp is designed around a recommended digital detox. Participants are asked to avoid using phones, tablets, computers and similar devices as far as possible during the camp (contact with the organisation team is available for emergencies). Collecting phones, or participants switching them off voluntarily, is recommended. The aim is a genuine mental reset and real connection.
The standard programme does not apply a full silent retreat (noble silence), but a no-talking rule is used during certain activities (mindful eating, walking meditation in nature and some meditation sessions). At other times, normal conversation is fine. A full silent camp can also be arranged at the company's request (in that case the whole process, including meals, takes place in silence).
After the programme, participants most often report feeling mentally refreshed, finding it easier to focus on their return and communicating more calmly within the team. The short meditation and attention practices learned in the sessions are designed so that they can also be used within the pace of the working day.
On the corporate side, the measured outputs are the participation rate, the post-programme survey score and feedback within the team. The programme is not a medical service and is not a substitute for professional support.
The price depends on factors such as the chosen location (Türkiye or abroad), type of accommodation (hotel, bungalow, eco-village), duration (number of days), number of participants, the number and profile of instructors, and additional services (gong bath, yoga, art workshops, transfers, flights). A tailored quote is prepared to fit the company's budget and expectations.
On the last day of the camp there is a 'Meditation in Daily Life' workshop. It teaches practical, usable methods such as five-minute micro-meditations in the office, breathing exercises before meetings, techniques for working with difficult emotions, sleep meditation and mindful use of technology. An online follow-up programme after the camp can also be offered as an additional service.
Yes, we can also organise camps at meditation centres and nature-focused locations such as Bali (Indonesia), Phuket (Thailand), Goa (India), Kerala (India), Nepal, Italy (Tuscany), Greece (Crete), Spain (Costa Brava) and Portugal (Algarve).
The Meditation Camp is particularly suited to department and project teams of 8-35. The flow of the programme can be tailored to the number of participants, the department structure and the motivation outcome you are aiming for.
