Overview
The Vision Camp with the CEO is a comprehensive business and development camp designed specifically for senior executives, middle managers and key employees: a setting in which the company's strategic objectives are set, the vision is shared, leadership skills are developed and team spirit is strengthened. It can be held in any province of Türkiye (Abant, Bolu, Sapanca, Istanbul, Muğla, Antalya, Nevşehir, Ayvalık, Erzurum, Trabzon and others) or abroad (Barcelona, Amsterdam, Dubai, Rome, Athens, Singapore, New York and others). The programme brings together strategy work, brainstorming sessions, leadership coaching, team games, sports tournaments, creative workshops and social activities.
This camp is not an ordinary meeting or a social event. With the CEO taking part in person, the work covers the company's vision, mission, strategic priorities, road map and performance targets for the next one, three and five years. At the same time it brings employees together with the company's leaders in a more informal setting, where they can share their thinking freely and a sense of belonging can grow.
Led by professional facilitators, leadership coaches and team game designers, the camp can cover the following:
Strategy and vision work:
SWOT analysis (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats); a vision and mission workshop; a long-term strategic road map (Balanced Scorecard, OKR); setting targets by department; a brainstorm on innovation and new business models.
Leadership and executive development:
Informal question and answer sessions with the CEO; a workshop on leadership styles and effective communication; crisis management and decision-making simulations; mentoring and coaching sessions.
Team spirit and engagement:
Outdoor team games (low ropes, trust games); sports tournaments (football, volleyball, basketball, table tennis, darts); competitions (quizzes, talent contests); conversation around the campfire and the awards.
Creativity and innovation workshops:
Design thinking; creative problem-solving techniques; art, music or nature workshops (to raise inspiration).
Wellbeing and motivation:
Morning meditation or yoga; a nature walk; balanced nutrition workshops; award and motivation ceremonies.
The camp can be planned as 2-5 days according to what the company needs. Accommodation, all meals, workshops, tournaments, materials, facilitators, coaches and transport (optional) are included.

In any province of Türkiye (Bolu, Abant, Sapanca, Istanbul, Muğla, Antalya, Ayvalık, Erzurum, Trabzon, Nevşehir, Van, Çeşme, Bodrum, Marmaris, Fethiye and others) and in any country requested abroad (Barcelona, Amsterdam, Dubai, Rome, Athens, Singapore, New York, London, Paris and others). The location is set according to the company's budget, the duration and the objectives.
As the name suggests, the CEO taking part in person and leading the vision sessions is fundamental. Where the CEO cannot attend, the company's most senior executive (managing director, president) can take that role. The programme content is adapted accordingly.
Football, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, darts, archery, paintball, chess, quizzes, talent contests, tug of war, obstacle courses and orienteering are among the many options. Tournaments run in teams, with prizes for the winners.
The standard programme runs 3 or 4 days with 2-3 nights. An intensive programme can run 2 days and 1 night; a fuller camp with more rest, 5 days and 4 nights. It is set entirely around what the company needs.
Usually senior and middle managers. Key employees identified against the company's strategic objectives can also be included. The sessions run in small groups with everyone taking part.
The price depends on the location (Türkiye or abroad), the type of accommodation, the duration, the number of participants, the range of tournaments, the workshops, the coaching sessions and whether transport is included. A bespoke quote is prepared around the company's budget and expectations.
By the end of the camp the company's strategic road map, action plans, assigned ownership and timetable are set. Participants receive a closing report and follow-up documents. Online follow-up and coaching sessions can be added afterwards on request.
