Eleven years of corporate travel operations, one contract.
We bring your team together on the right route.
One team from planning to the final report.
Operations that scale from 10 to 1,000 people.
For organisations that cannot take the team out of the office, a 29 October programme that runs without disrupting the working day. The total duration is 60-90 minutes and the whole thing is set up in the organisation's own space.
In office programmes, attendance works in inverse proportion to length. A flow with a clear start and finish that does not exceed 90 minutes raises both attendance and how well the content is remembered. We therefore design the programme on a "less but complete" principle.
The quote shows the speaker, the exhibition production and installation, the technical setup, the catering and the coordination as separate lines. Because the dimensions of the space and the building's security rules determine the setup plan, we make a site visit. The recommended minimum planning time is 3 weeks — the shortest preparation of any 29 October option on the list.
No. The total duration is 60-90 minutes and the whole thing is set up in the organisation's own space. Choosing a slot at lunchtime or close to the end of the day means no loss to the workflow.
Those for which taking the team out of the office is not operationally possible: production sites working shifts, call centres running continuous service, companies with large field teams.
Yes. The 20-25 minute narrative is adapted to connect with your organisation's sector and its own founding story. That adaptation means the team sees the programme as content belonging to the organisation rather than a generic presentation.
Yes. The programme delivered in person at the main location can be broadcast live to the other offices. For a hybrid setup, the video and sound infrastructure is tested in advance, at least a day before the programme.
A partner meeting space nearby is proposed. In that case the duration rises to 2-2.5 hours because of the travel; we make that decision together, looking at how far the team can be away from the office.
3-4 weeks is enough. That is the great advantage of the in-office format: with no venue or travel constraint, the planning window is noticeably shorter than for the other 29 October formats.
