Special occasion and celebration programmes cover events built around a company anniversary, an award night, a year-end gathering or a public holiday. What these programmes have in common is that the date is fixed and capacity is tight.

Scope includes venue allocation, menu and service planning, stage and technical infrastructure, the run-of-show for an award ceremony, photo and video recording, and participant transport. For commemoration days that are not celebrations, the language and content of the programme are adjusted accordingly — that distinction is settled at the very start of content preparation.

On fixed-date programmes capacity closes quickly: for year-end and public holiday periods we recommend planning at least 10-12 weeks ahead. Menu, venue and catering details are finalised once the headcount is confirmed.
