The Corporate Storytelling Camp is a residential training programme that teaches executives and leadership teams to turn data, vision and brand values into stories that stay with an audience. It runs for 2-5 days depending on the company's needs, with a sample flow of 3 days / 2 nights. It is held at a boutique hotel or nature venue with a meeting room, and works with groups of 5-25 at an intensity where every participant tells their own story on stage.
The first day opens with ice-breakers in which participants get to know each other by telling a short personal story. The theory session covers the effect of stories on attention and memory, and their core components: hero, conflict and transformation. In the evening there is an informal storytelling night around the campfire. On the second day the group works on three-act structure, Joseph Campbell's hero's journey model and techniques for turning data into story; in the afternoon the company's founding story and a customer success story are rewritten in groups.
The third day is dedicated to digital storytelling: participants prepare a storyboard and shoot a two-minute video story on their mobile phones. Throughout the programme, stage work on improvisation, tone of voice, emphasis, pausing and eye contact is carried out with a playwright and dramaturg.
Suitable for executive groups of 5-25 who present frequently to investors, employees or customers, as well as sales and marketing leaders and communications teams. The small group format allows every participant to go on stage at least once and receive personal feedback. The physical effort is low; the programme takes place mainly seated, in the meeting room.
Sales, marketing, communications, human resources, customer relations and leadership teams, brand managers, product managers, entrepreneurs and any professional who has to give presentations. Also employees at every level who want to strengthen the company's culture and values.
Absolutely. The camp is suitable for beginners. All the techniques are taught from scratch, with writing and storytelling practice. The aim is for participants to discover and develop their own natural storytelling style. More experienced participants are also offered greater depth and new techniques.
By the end of the camp, participants develop effective communication and persuasion skills, improve their presentation abilities, tell personal and company stories more powerfully, present customer success stories (case studies) compellingly, become able to produce stories for social media and video, increase their leadership impact and strengthen team spirit.
Yes, phones will be used, particularly in the digital storytelling (video shooting) workshop. In the other workshops and the campfire conversations, however, participants are encouraged to stay away from their phones and focus fully on the training and on each other. A digital detox is not strictly compulsory.
The price depends on factors such as the chosen location (Türkiye or abroad), accommodation type, duration (number of days), number of participants, the number and profile of trainers, and additional services (video production, a guest speaker, transfers, flights). A tailored proposal is prepared to match the company's budget and expectations.
At the end of the camp, participants receive book recommendations, podcasts, online resources, video lessons and practice assignments. As an additional service, a post-camp online follow-up programme (individual coaching, story revisions, publishing support) and the organisation of an in-house storytelling competition can also be offered.
Yes, we can organise storytelling camps in many international destinations such as Bali, Phuket, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Athens, Rome, London, New York, Dubai and Singapore. Visa advisory, passport procedures, travel insurance and interpreting services are also offered as extras for international programmes.
Yes, the camp is planned exclusively for companies. The number of trainers, workshop content, accommodation and transfers are arranged according to group size. It can run with a minimum of 5 participants.
The Storytelling Camp is tailored above all to executive and leadership teams of 5-25. Its flow can be adapted to the number of participants, the departments involved and the motivational outcome the company is looking for.

The camp's additional features include a contribution to the local economy, an ecological approach, carbon-free activity, a low-carbon plan, low waste and an accessible programme. Low-carbon transport, low-waste operations and local sourcing options can be added as needed.
Share the number of participants, your date range, preferred location, budget segment and any special requirements via the tour request form, and a proposal with alternative pricing and programme options will be drawn up for your leadership team.
