Overview
The Singapore corporate technology trip is an executive programme that spends six days examining smart manufacturing, cloud computing, artificial intelligence and the start-up ecosystem in Southeast Asia's technology hub. It begins with a flight from Istanbul, Ankara or İzmir to Changi Airport; accommodation is in 5-star hotels such as Marina Bay Sands or The Fullerton. Each day is devoted to a separate technology theme, ranging from smart manufacturing to the start-up ecosystem.
What is in the programme?
On the smart manufacturing day, a visit to a manufacturing or innovation facility using robotics and digital twin technology is requested on your behalf; in the evening there is a networking dinner around the Jurong Innovation District. The next day, visits to technology companies or innovation centres focused on cloud computing, generative AI and 5G are requested in the same way. All institutional and company visits depend on the host's approval and schedule and are not guaranteed.
The R&D day includes a guided tour of the Singapore Science Park area; a visit to a university technology transfer unit is requested on your behalf. On day five, visits themed on advanced manufacturing, supply chain digitalisation and the start-up ecosystem are requested on the same basis. Evenings are spent at a dinner cruise on Marina Bay and with local cuisine at hawker centres.

Visits to institutions, companies and universities relevant to your sector, themed on smart manufacturing, cloud and AI, R&D and the start-up ecosystem, are requested on your behalf; they depend on the host's approval and schedule. On the smart manufacturing day, a visit is requested to a manufacturing or innovation facility using robotics, AI and digital twin technology. Whether the visit takes place, and its scope, depend on the host's approval and schedule and are not guaranteed; if it is not confirmed, the day is filled with an alternative programme.
Singapore Changi Airport (SIN) is used. Regularly listed among the best airports in the world, Changi is about 20-30 minutes from the city centre. Airport transfers are included in the tour.
Visa procedures are not included in the standard package, but we offer Singapore visa advisory and appointment follow-up as an additional service. As part of the tour, we provide a company invitation letter and all booking documents. A Singapore visa is usually issued within 3-5 working days.
The standard programme is 6 days and 5 nights. At the company's request, it can also be customised as 5 days and 4 nights (intensive) or 7-8 days (with additional technology tours or cultural additions such as Universal Studios and Gardens by the Bay).
Tech Week Singapore, held at Marina Bay Sands, is one of the region's largest technology events, covering artificial intelligence, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centres and e-commerce. For tours that fall in September, event attendance can be added as an additional service, subject to the organiser's ticketing and registration terms.
Yes, the tour is planned exclusively for companies. The programme flow, transfers and networking events are arranged according to group size; institutional visits depend on the host's approval. It can run with a minimum of 5 people.
Singapore is hot and humid all year round. The best periods are February-April (less rain) and July-September (the peak period for Tech Week Singapore and other major technology events). November-January is the rainy monsoon season, but technology tours are not affected as they take place indoors.

This programme belongs to the premium segment. Its price is finalised on the basis of headcount, dates, flights and transport, meals, guiding and any additional events.
