International corporate programmes are built for global dealer networks, international teams and higher-budget reward programmes. The main difference from domestic programmes is that the planning calendar is markedly longer.

The visa process is planned backwards from the programme date: the document list goes to participants in one go, passport validity is checked, and appointment scheduling and application files are tracked by the operations team. That the visa outcome is individual and at the consulate's discretion is shared from the outset.

Flight allocation, group ticket rules and cancellation conditions are shown as separate line items in the quote. We recommend 12-16 weeks of planning; peak-season dates extend that. Travel insurance and a 24/7 support line are standard scope.
