Eleven years of corporate travel operations, one contract.
We bring your team together on the right route.
One team from planning to the final report.
Operations that scale from 10 to 1,000 people.
The Corporate Handicrafts Camp is a three-night programme in which the team spends four days making things with their own hands in a series of craft workshops, and closes the camp with an exhibition of the participants' work. It can be set up in locations such as Bolu or Sapanca, or in İznik and Kütahya, known for their tile-making tradition; it gives department and project teams of 8-35 an experience of both focus and making things together.
The first day begins in the afternoon with arrival, an opening ceremony and an introduction to the workshops, and continues in the evening with a welcome cocktail. On the morning of the second day the ceramics workshop covers hand-building and work on the wheel. In the afternoon participants learn how to prepare the tragacanth-thickened water and sprinkle the paints used in traditional Turkish marbling (ebru), then design a necklace or earrings using wire wrapping and natural stones.
On the third day plates, chopping boards or jewellery boxes are decorated with woodburning (pyrography); in the afternoon participants weave wall hangings or bags on small looms. The same day the ceramic pieces are glazed and prepared for firing. In the evening the exhibition is prepared, and on the morning of the fourth day the most creative pieces are recognised with awards and certificates are presented at the closing exhibition and cocktail.
Suited to teams of 8-35 who want to step away from intensive screen work and produce something tangible. The variety of workshops means every participant finds an area that suits them, while the joint exhibition makes different skills visible. Physical effort is low, although the ceramics and weaving workshops call for long periods of seated concentration.
No, the workshops are suitable for beginners. Instructors guide participants step by step. The aim is for everyone to create at their own pace and enjoy the process. People who have never done any handicraft before can join with complete confidence.
Three to five workshops are chosen to suit your company from a wide range of options, including ceramics and tiles, marbling, weaving, woodburning, jewellery design, felting, fabric dyeing, mosaic and stained glass, glasswork, stone painting, needle lace, macramé and miniature painting. Combinations are entirely flexible.
Yes. Pieces that do not need to dry or harden, such as marbling, jewellery, woodwork and felt, are handed over at the end of the camp. Pieces that need firing, such as ceramics, are dried and fired and then delivered by courier or in person after the camp (on average within 2-3 weeks).
The standard programme is planned as 2-4 days and 1-3 nights. A one-day mini handicrafts programme is also possible. The length is set entirely by the company's needs and budget.
Absolutely. Workshops such as woodburning, mosaic, jewellery design (bracelets and key rings, for example), ceramics (mugs, vases) and weaving (bags) are very popular with male participants as well. The workshops appeal to everyone, regardless of gender.
The price depends on factors such as the chosen location, type of accommodation, duration, number of participants, the number and type of workshops selected, the quality of materials, the number of instructors and whether transport is included. A tailored quote is prepared to fit the company's budget and expectations.
Handicraft workshops require participants from different departments to make things together, help one another, be patient and work towards a shared goal. This process strengthens bonds and communication outside the work setting, and the finished pieces become lasting reminders of the camp.
Yes, we can organise camps in many countries famous for their crafts, such as Bali (traditional woodcarving, batik), Italy (glassblowing, ceramics), Greece (ceramics, icon painting), Spain (mosaic, marbling) and Thailand (silk weaving, jewellery).
The Handicrafts Camp is particularly suited to department and project teams of 8-35. The flow of the programme can be tailored to the number of participants, the department structure and the motivation outcome you are aiming for.
This tour is positioned in the standard segment. The price is finalised according to the number of participants, dates, transport, meals, guiding and any additional activities.
The programme's standout additional features are: a contribution to the local economy, ecological, carbon-free, low carbon and low waste. Low-carbon transport, low-waste operations and local sourcing options can be added as needed.
To get a quote, simply share the number of participants, your date range, destination, budget segment and any special requirements in the tour request form. A proposal with alternative prices and programmes will be prepared for your corporate team.
