How is a sample run-of-show built?
A half-day Ankara programme usually opens at 09:30 with a visit to Anıtkabir and closes with lunch. On full-day formats the Museum of Anatolian Civilisations or the Republic Museum is added in the afternoon; the two are within walking distance of each other. On programmes combined with a meeting day, the session runs at the hotel in the morning and the cultural block moves to the afternoon. When Beypazarı is chosen the programme spreads across the full day and the city stops drop out.
How are transport and logistics planned?
Esenboğa Airport is roughly 30 kilometres from the city centre and group transfers are straightforward. Because distances within the city are short, vehicle changes during the programme day are kept to a minimum. For Anıtkabir visits the drop-off and meeting point is set according to the protocol arrangement; on large groups this is the most critical logistical item in the programme.
Which programme formats work here?
Half-day history and museum routes are the most common format. A half-day cultural block added to a meeting programme comes second. Special occasion programmes — 29 October and 10 November — concentrate in Ankara, and capacity tightens quickly on those dates.

Spring and autumn are when the outdoor stops work best. In winter, museum-led indoor routes are preferred. Around 29 October and 10 November, capacity should be committed at least 10-12 weeks ahead.

The most critical variable on an Anıtkabir visit is the protocol arrangement: if a wreath ceremony is requested, the application and time confirmation are made weeks before the programme date. On museum visits, Monday closing days need attention. Because distances within the city are short, planning the waiting point matters more than the number of vehicles; for large groups, where the coaches will wait at the museum exit is agreed in advance.
