Which areas suit which kind of event?
Belek concentrates large resorts with conference centres and golf courses, suitable for congresses, dealer meetings and incentives of 100+ people. Lara is close to the airport and city, practical for short meetings. Kemer sits between the sea and the Taurus Mountains and suits outdoor-focused groups. Side combines resorts with an ancient harbour town for culture-oriented programmes. Small executive groups often prefer boutique hotels in the old town, Kaleiçi.
What activities are popular with corporate groups?
Private corporate sailing along the coast, guided walks on the Lycian Way, visits to ancient cities such as Perge and Aspendos, jeep or adventure programmes in the mountains and beach team challenges are the most requested. Activities are matched to the season and the group's fitness level.
When is the best time for an incentive or meeting in Antalya?
April-June and September-November are ideal for combining meetings with outdoor activities. July and August are peak beach season with high hotel occupancy and hot afternoons. Winter is quieter, and many city and conference hotels stay open for meetings at that time.
How does the process work?
Share the group size, dates, departure cities and the purpose of the programme. We send two or three options with an itemised proposal; after confirmation, one coordinator manages all suppliers and the on-site schedule.
