C-Level & Executive Programmes

C-level and executive programmes are senior gatherings designed as small, closed groups. The aim is not sightseeing but annual strategy alignment, establishing common ground before a critical decision, or a new management team getting to know each other.

Programmes are planned at venues that allow closed sessions, closed to outside attendance. Scope includes private transfers, limited-capacity accommodation, private dining, a session room and, where needed, facilitation support. Participant confidentiality and keeping programme information tightly held are a standard part of the operation.

Typical group size is 6-20 people. At this scale the per-person cost is higher than on large programmes; in return, flexibility, privacy and agenda density are managed far more closely. Programmes are usually planned as one or two nights.
