Meeting and conference programmes cover work that needs event infrastructure: general assemblies, dealer meetings, product launches, seminars and industry congresses. In this category the route is not the centre of the programme — the event is, and travel and accommodation are built around it.

Scope includes venue allocation, stage and set, sound and lighting, projection or LED screen, a registration desk, badges and protocol management, hostess teams, simultaneous interpreting, and photo and video production. Delegate transport, accommodation and catering run under the same project management.

Programmes scale from 20-person closed sessions to gatherings of more than 1,000 people. We recommend allowing 6-8 weeks of planning for domestic programmes, and 12-16 weeks for peak-season and international dates.
